Le\u00a0 Centre Interdisciplinaire de Nanoscience de Marseille (CINaM)\u00a0 vient de s\u2019\u00e9quiper d\u2019un nouveau <em>microscope \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage ultra-haute r\u00e9solution<\/em> d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude des nano-objets. Cet \u00e9quipement, financ\u00e9 avec le soutien d\u2019Aix-Marseille Universit\u00e9, du CNRS, de la R\u00e9gion Sud et du d\u00e9partement des Bouches-du-Rh\u00f4ne, est capable de produire des images de grande qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du millim\u00e8tre jusque sous le nanom\u00e8tre mais aussi d\u2019identifier la composition chimique des nano-objets observ\u00e9s. Ces investigations peuvent, de plus, \u00eatre conduites sur des \u00e9chantillons inorganiques ou organiques qu\u2019ils soient conducteurs, semi-conducteurs ou isolants.
