Salan\u00e7on<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce microscope \u00e0 projection<\/strong> d\u2019un nouveau genre est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019une source d\u2019\u00e9lectrons \u00e0 base de c\u00e9ladonite dont la brillance est tr\u00e8s importante mais qui oblige \u00e0 op\u00e9rer loin de la structure. Pour compenser la perte de grandissement, une lentille \u00e9lectrostatique et un \u00e9cran de haute r\u00e9solution sont utilis\u00e9s. Ce microscope holographique permet d\u2019atteindre des grandissements \u00e9quivalents \u00e0 ceux obtenus dans les projecteurs classiques (environ x10^6) dans le m\u00eame temps d\u2019acquisition, tout en travaillant \u00e0 une distance microscopique entre la source et l\u2019\u00e9chantillon. Morin, <strong>\u201c<\/strong>A low-energy electron point-source projection microscope not using a sharp metal tip performs well in long-range imaging<strong>\u201d, <\/strong>Ultramicroscopy 200, May 2019<strong>,<\/strong> 125-131<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-5831-0-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" >\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><strong>Holographie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 projection<\/strong><br \/>\nCe film pr\u00e9sente de fa\u00e7on d\u00e9taill\u00e9e la microscopie \u00e9lectronique holographique \u00e0 projection de basse \u00e9nergie.<br \/>\nR\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans le cadre de la manifestation \u00ab un chercheur, une manip \u00bb effectu\u00e9 sur l\u2019holographie en Janvier 2011, ce film montre des images enregistr\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el ; ce que l\u2019on peut voir ou manipuler avec le microscope \u00e0 projection : effets du grandissement, de la polarisation \u00e9lectrique d\u2019un objet, ou du champ magn\u00e9tique qu\u2019il cr\u00e9\u00e9.
