outil microfluidique polyvalent et facile \u00e0 utiliser par les non-sp\u00e9cialistes pour l\u2019optimisation et le criblage des conditions de cristallisation, l'\u00e9tablissement rapide de diagrammes de phases et la mesure des cin\u00e9tiques de nucl\u00e9ation des cristaux (volume nL),<\/li>\n<li>la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e de microgouttes (volume du pL au fL) pour l\u2019\u00e9tude de la nucl\u00e9ation des cristaux en milieux confin\u00e9s,<\/li>\n<li>l'utilisation de nano-\u00e9lectrodes extr\u00eamement pointues (rayon de courbure de quelques nanom\u00e8tres) pour d\u00e9clencher et localiser dans le temps et dans l'espace la nucl\u00e9ation, soit m\u00e9caniquement soit par la cr\u00e9ation d'un champ \u00e9lectrique intense, localis\u00e9 au voisinage de la pointe et permettant le contr\u00f4le des flux dans la solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a
