A l\u2019aide d\u2019une approche innovante, couplant des techniques de nanosciences comme la diffusion centrale des rayons-X en incidence rasante (GISAXS) et la microscopie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 transmission (MET), la dynamique de croissance et l\u2019\u00e9volution de la forme des bulles d\u2019h\u00e9lium dans le tungst\u00e8ne ont pu \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment caract\u00e9ris\u00e9es.
