Le d\u00e9veloppement du cancer est impact\u00e9 non seulement par des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques, mais \u00e9galement par des facteurs environnementaux et soci\u00e9taux tels que l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, le tabagisme, les infections, etc. En effet, les personnes ob\u00e8ses ou en surpoids ont souvent un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper une tumeur. Cela s\u2019explique par des taux de lipides \u00e9lev\u00e9s, provoqu\u00e9s par une synth\u00e8se accrue et une accumulation aberrante de lipides, capables d\u2019induire la tumorig\u00e9n\u00e8se et d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019apparition de m\u00e9tastases.<\/p>\n<p>Nous decrivons ici, une s\u00e9rie de nouveaux compos\u00e9s \u00e0 double fonction ayant \u00e0 la fois une activit\u00e9 anticanc\u00e9reuse et la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire l\u2019accumulation de lipides. Ces compos\u00e9s sont des compos\u00e9s hybrides d\u2019un produit naturel la querc\u00e9tine et d\u2019alkylphospholipides synth\u00e9tiques (APL). La querc\u00e9tine est un antioxydant flavono\u00efde qui affecte le m\u00e9tabolisme des lipides, alors que les APL ont une activit\u00e9 anticanc\u00e9reuse prouv\u00e9e. En effet, ces compos\u00e9s hybrides surpassent l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des compos\u00e9s mod\u00e8les (la querc\u00e9tine et les APL) en termes d\u2019activit\u00e9 anticanc\u00e9reuse, tout en supprimant de mani\u00e8re significative l\u2019accumulation de lipides. Ils induisent \u00e9galement la diminution de la voie du choc thermique et des proteines anti-apoptotiques. Par cons\u00e9quent, ces compos\u00e9s constituent un nouveau paradigme structurel prometteur dans la d\u00e9couverte de nouveaux candidats anticanc\u00e9reux. Cette \u00e9tude pourrait \u00e9galement ouvrir de nouvelles perspectives pour la mise au point d\u2019agents th\u00e9rapeutiques permettant de traiter d\u2019autres maladies li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019accumulation de lipides, telles que les maladies cardiovasculaires, l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, le diab\u00e8te etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Figure 1<\/strong>.
