Early bird registration ends February 1st, 2019; then regular registration is possible until May 10th, 2019.

Reminder : Due to the beginning of the touristic period in June, we highly recommend to book your hotel early (as soon as possible)

The registration fees for Regular and Junior Participants include:
  •  admission to all conference sessions 
  •  conference materials (book of abstracts, etc.) 
  •  welcome cocktail 
  •  morning and afternoon refreshment breaks 
  •  lunches 
  •  excursion

    The registration fee for an Accompanying Guest includes:
  •  welcome cocktail
  •  guest excursion

    1Junior Participants are students and post-docs. Proof of student status will be required upon registration.
    2Accompanying guests must register for Calix 2019 and pay the registration fee.

    Please note that conference fees must be received in full, so ensure that any bank charges are debited in their entirety to the sender.

    Cancellation Policy. Conference fees (less € 50 administration charge) will be refunded provided that the cancellation request is received no later than May 10th 2019. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to calix2019@cinam.univ-mrs.fr.

    Grant Application

    Five (5) travel grants (nominal value $ 500) have generously been made available to students and post-docs (not from France) by our sponsors. Applications for one of these grants require a copy of the abstract as well as a single integrated PDF file containing: a short CV, proof of student/post-doc status and a 100-word statement on the personal contribution to the work described in the abstract.
