Registration is open : REGISTRATION

Early bird registration ends March 31st, 2024 ; then standard registration is possible until May 15th, 2024.

Be aware that Cassis is very popular with tourists from June onwards, so please book your hotel as early as possible

The registration fees for Regular and Junior Participants include:
  •  admission to all conference sessions 
  •  conference materials (book of abstracts, etc.) 
  •  welcome cocktail 
  •  morning and afternoon refreshment breaks 
  •  lunches 

    The registration fee for an Accompanying Guest includes:
  •  welcome cocktail
  • lunches

    1 Junior Participants are students and post-docs. Proof of student status will be required upon registration.
    2 Accompanying Guest should register using registration platform.

    Participation to the Gala Dinner : € 80

    Conference dinner will be held on Thursday, 6th of June at La Prequ'île Restaurant, where the French gastronomy will be honored in an idyllic seafront landscape.

    Please note that for the participants NOT belonging to a French institution (CNRS, University, etc) the conference fee must be uniquely paid by CREDIT CARD.

    Cancellation Policy. Conference fees will be refunded provided that the cancellation request is received no later than May 1st 2024. Please be aware that a minimum of 50 € (going up to maximum 10%) of the paid amount will be retained for the administration charge.

    No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to nligands@univ-amu.fr.

    Grant Application

    Two (2) travel grants (nominal value 200 €) have generously been made available to students and post-docs (not from France) by the sponsor MDPI. Applications for one of these grants require a copy of the abstract as well as a single integrated PDF file containing: a short CV, proof of student/post-doc status and a 100-word statement on the personal contribution to the work described in the abstract.
