Cu X-Ray tube, curved quartz monochromator and 1D detector CPS 120. A HUBER furnace is mounted on the diffractometer, with a maximum temperature, T= 900°C.
Used mainly for the XRD on powders in small amount, with a demanded 2q range larger than 65° and for XRD measurements at high temperature.
