X-Ray diffraction device mounted on Cu rotating anode, Rigaku RU 200BH

Used mainly for the XRD on:

• samples with very low diffraction signal (very small amount of powder, less than 1µL, samples not well crystallized, thin layers..),
• samples with strong preferential orientation and single crystals.

The device is also used for micro-XRD, the minimum size of the X-Ray beam being around 50 x 50 µm².
