On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to invite you and your co-workers to attend the XI^th Rencontres de Chimie Organique de Marseille (XI^th-RCOM) which be held in Marseille (France) on October 10-11, 2024.

This biennial conference series started in 2000 under the patronage of the Fédération de Recherche de Chimie de Marseille gathering scientists from Master and PhD students to young scientists, academics and industrials with the aim to give a platform for discussion based on recent scientific achievements in organic chemistry and related fields encompassing with supramolecular chemistry, organic materials, polymers, biological and environnemental applications and so on.

The program will include six plenary lectures and several invited lectures delivered by top-tier international and national scientists. Oral contributions, flash presentations giving the opportunity to PhD and young scientists to present their research and scientific achievements and three poster sessions will be also scheduled.

The conference will take place in Marseille, a lively port city in the heart of the Provence region, on the Campus Pharo (amphitheater Gastaut) close to the « Palais du Pharo », a remarkable architectural site with outstanding views over the bay of Marseille and the Mediterranean sea. Founded in around 660 BC by Greek sailors from Phocaea, Marseille earned the name of “cité Phocéenne”. The city is a stopover in the heart of the Mediterranean having many assets: sea, sun, city of art and history, culture (European Capital of Culture in 2013) and nature with surprising landscapes (calanques). The Phocaean city is the second largest city in France for scientific research and develops value-added sectors such as aeronautics, aerospace, health care, energy or new technologies and digital.
