Abstract

The organizing committee will select some abstracts for oral communications and flash presentations. The non-selected abstracts for oral communications or flash presentations will be directly included in the poster sessions. The abstract template is the same for oral communications, flash presentations and posters.

Please write your abstract by using the official template and rename your abstract file as “Abstract_LASTNAME_RCOM11”, and send it to rcom11-contact@univ-amu.fr, in your correspondence please specify if you are asking for an oral communication or a flash poster presentation and/or poster presentation. If you require any assistance or have a query about online submission, contact rcom11-contact@univ-amu.fr.

Abstract submission deadline: September 1, 2024.
Notification of acceptance for oral contributions and flash presentations will be sent on September 15, 2024. 

Oral communications (15 min.) – Flash presentations (4 min.) Limited slots for oral communications (16) and poster spotlights (flash presentations) (8) are available and will be allocated on a rolling basis as abstracts are received. PhD students and young scientists are encouraged to submit as soon as possible.

Posters (3 sessions) 3 posters sessions will be scheduled. Posters will be accepted on a rolling basis from the opening of the registration webpage. Posters must be in the portrait format with a maximum size of 70 cm wide and 100 cm high.

RCOM Prizes RCOM will award up to three prizes for the best poster presentations. Selection of prizewinners is in the control of the conference organizers. The committee will be composed of scientists from the panel of the plenary and invited speakers.
