Sujet: L’objectif de ce projet est de manipuler la charge dans une nanoparticule (NP) qui est supportée sur un film mince isolant. Pour plus d'informations, voir la page ANR du projet.
L’équipe possède une chambre à l’ultra-vide (UHV) avec un STM/AFM et un système de diffraction électronique à basse énergie (LEED). Les parties suivantes sont attachées à la chambre UHV:
- AFM/STM (Scienta Omicron) qui travaille à la température ambiante
modes d’imagerie: STM, AFM contact, AFM noncontacte, KPFM - Système LEED (SPALEED, Scienta Omicron)
- Des évaporateurs pour des molécules et des métaux (Pd, Au, Mg, Ce, etc.)
- Un four UHV qui permet de chauffer des échantillons jusqu’à 1040 K
- Des outils pour la préparation des films minces (canon ion, etc.)
- Des outils pour des expériences de la réactivité (arrivées de gaz)
